Passengers arriving, departing or in transit can now look forward to the taste of true Arabian hospitality with assistance of Al Maha Services. Al Maha Services lets you get away from the regular hustle and bustle of airports. The speedy clearance facilities are specifically designed to enable Al Maha passengers to glide smoothly through all Airport Clearance formalities. Add to that, our multi-lingual staff who are there to assist, making communication clear and understandable, you will have no more hassle, no more waits and no more crowded airports.

On Arrival

A royal treatment awaits you right from the moment you step off the aircraft. You will be received by our cordial staff and escorted into a relaxing lounge, where you can have light refreshments and browse through some reading materials. Once your passport has been stamped for entry in to Qatar, the Al Maha Services Agent will guide you smoothly through the fast-track passport control, assist you at baggage claim area and escort you through customs and introduce you to the receiving party.

On Departure
  • The same royal treatment awaits you when departing from the airport
  • You will be met at the Information Counter in the Departures Terminal prior to the Security Checkpoint. Qatar Airways First and Business class passengers should report to the Qatar Airways Premium Terminal and identify themselves to the Al Maha services agent at reception
In Transit

Al Maha Services also offer assistance to 'In Transit' passengers that travel through Doha International Airport. Starting with a warm welcome on arrival, followed by speedy clearance covering all transfer formalities.

Oryx Lounge

Relax in our Oryx Lounge prior to your flight departure or transit and savour the comfort of First Class privileges. The lounge offers spacious seating, complimentary WiFI Internet access, light reading materials and meals throughout the day.

Service Charges
  • Platinum Service – designated guest/s will be met at the aircraft on arrival into Doha
  • Gold Service – designated guest/s will be met at the arrivals terminal prior to the Immigration checkpoint on arrival into Doha
  • Oryx Lounge – designated guest/s can relax prior their flight on departures and enjoy the luxuries the Lounge offers
  • There are no charges for infants up to 2 years old
Service Bookings

Al Maha Services can be booked at the Al Maha Services Sales Desk in arrivals terminal 24/7. A minimum booking time of 24 Hours prior to service is required. Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received.
