Welcome to Doha International Airport.
Doha International Airport is fast developing into a prime global airport hub with over 35 international airlines serving key business and leisure cities across the world.
With its natural geographical position at the global crossroads of East and West, North and South, Doha offers a convenient and hassle free gateway to the world. The airport features award-winning duty-free retail shopping operated by Qatar Duty Free and offers a wide range of items including perfumes, cosmetics, liquor, tobacco, toys, clothing and electronics, available in both the departures and arrivals terminals.
Home to the world’s first airport terminal dedicated to First and Business Class passengers flying only on Qatar Airways, the national airline of the State of Qatar, the Premium Terminal offers travellers an opportunity to relax and unwind in comfort and enjoy facilities stretching from spa treatments, fine dining, business centre – and, for young ones, a nursery.
The airport is undergoing a multi-million dollar investment programme in infrastructure improvements, including additional check-in gates, more aircraft parking bays and expanded terminal facilities to provide passengers with an even more comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
In less than two years’ time, the New Doha International Airport (NDIA) will open its doors at a site four kilometres from the existing airport. Its state-of-the-art facilities will help position Doha as the premium Middle East gateway to the world initially handling 24 million passengers a year before further development to handle a capacity of 50 million passengers annually.
We hope you enjoy your travel experience flying into Doha and beyond.
